SolidPower was developed as a Creo Elements/ Direct design environment with the goal of compiling and automatically rendering standard design processes. SolidPower covers a multiplicity of useful design tools, with which the most diverse design tasks are simplified and/or automated. Thus, for example boreholes can be placed by making only a very few entries or important information regarding mass or center of gravity calculated by indicating material. Also assemblies in design can be compiled and automatically rendered. This, for example, allows joints to be placed in assembly groups with just a few mouse clicks and entries.

SolidPower

For designing steel construction components, SolidPower Profiles supports a methodical process that includes outlining dependency curves, arranging assembly structures, and integrating profiles and their connections, as well as the individual bolts. SolidPower Profiles simplifies the design of profile-based frames and assemblies. It offers convenient functionality for integrating profiles, connection elements, and accessory parts. Moreover, the system features integrated logic of profile joints and connection elements as well as dialog- based design tools specifically adapted to the requirements of steel profile construction design.

SolidPower Profile

SolidPower Weld offers functions for the rapid and effective creation of welded constructions. It also includes the Creo Elements/Direct Modeling module for design engineers, which enables weld seams to be produced as 3D volumes and also be used for space requirementassessments.
